Heaven On Earth

I was pale out of weariness,
Of climbing heaven and glancing back on earth.

Sliding through heavy clouds
and among the glittery stars,
I imagined a different birth,
One that’s ever changing, like joyful eyes.
dreaming above rainbows,
I entertained a different faith,
One that’s ever changing, like careless youth.

I once sang to spring a pleasant melody,
wishing to regain a lost courage dearly.
but I now have creased jumping around like a labyrinth,
Because in your gaze,
I've seen my heaven on earth.
